Although my job is editor of the magazine, I’m hoping that I won’t be the only person working hard on the magazine this year. It is produced by student volunteers and there are lots of opportunities to get involved. If you think about the amount of time you actually spend in university in a year that’s quite a lot of work.
But I’m not here to put you off. Working on Massive is good fun and a great way to get your talent, whatever it may be, noticed along with meeting new people. If a career in the media is something you want to pursue after university, the magazine provides the perfect chance to practice your skills and build on your portfolio.
